This sleek and smart calendar is sure to you keep you on top of your appointments. It comes with a professionally designed, unobtrusive user interface that will appeal to all users.Rainlendar Pro offers a small, skinnable interface that comes with three parts: calendar, events, and a to-do list. Each part of the interface can be positioned to any location on your desktop. The Options menu can be accessed via your Taskbar, and offers slide-bar settings for adjusting the calendar's transparency and position regarding what you're working on at the moment. You can also create hot-key combos for different tasks, such as creating new events and hiding windows. Adding new events to the calendar was a piece of cake, and we were immediately notified by the alarm at the appropriate time. Likewise, adding tasks to the to-do list was just as easy, and involved naming the event, entering the location, and setting the start and due times. You can even create events months ahead of time.The program comes with a Help file, but even novices will appreciate how easy it is to use. We did have to manually remove a Program Folder file after uninstalling the program, but this was easily accomplished. We recommend this program for anyone looking for a reliable calendar tool that doesn't get in the way.

All the data is stored in the standard iCalendar format (RFC2445) which is supported by most calendar applications. This makes it easy to transfer the events between applications.

The look and feel of the calendar can be changed with skins. You can also mix the skins together and have as many windows visible as you want.

5. Platform Independent

The application works in all major operating systems: Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. All the data, skins, languages and scripts are the same in all platforms so you can easily migrate between them.

6. Shared & 3rd Party Calendars

With Rainlendar Pro you can subscribe to online calendars and share your events with other computers. You can also see and edit your Outlook appointments and tasks in Rainlendar (Windows only).
